8th Annual Charity Golf Tournament
The cost is $100 per golfer, includes green fees, cart, lunch before the event, beverages on the course and a dinner afterward. One lucky golfer will have an opportunity to win $1,000,000 and everyone will have a chance to win a new car. Starts 12:30 p.m. at Keys Gate Golf Club. Mariners Hospital 5K Walk/Run
The sixth year for this popular race combines a scenic route in the Florida Keys with a Wellness Fair with free cholesterol, blood pressure and Body Mass Index screenings as well as massage therapy. The race, along the Old Highway, starts at 8 a.m. at Coral Shores High School, MM 90, and ends at Treasure Village Montessori School, MM 86.9. Proceeds support educational programs for Mariners nurses.
